In early December, IAND will be launching our new ‘Locations’ feature, making it easy for clients to find local suppliers by simply browsing a map.

In order to ensure your company can be found, it's important to make sure your office locations are up to date. Your Company Profile now allows you to add and manage your office locations. They will all appear at the bottom of your Company Profile page.

How to add an address

  1. Go to your Company Profile and click Manage addresses.
  2. To add a new address, click the + Add address button. You can only add one Head office and one Registered address, but multiple Other office locations.
  3. Enter in your Postcode*, and click Auto-fill. Make sure this is a valid Postcode, as we use this to locate your company to make it easy for clients to find you when browsing the map. You may also enter your address in manually.
  4. Address name - the location of your office.
  5. Address line 1 - the street number and street name.
  6. Address line 2, 3 & 4 - these are optional fields and can include the building, suite names or local area.
  7. District - The current district/unitary authority to which the postcode has been assigned.
  8. County - The current county to which the postcode has been assigned.
  9. Country - The country (i.e. one of the four constituent countries of the United Kingdom or the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man) to which each postcode is assigned.

How to manage your addresses

  1. Go to your Company Profile and click Manage addresses.
  2. Here you can add, edit or delete office locations.
  3. To add a new address, click the + Add address button. You can only add one Head office and one Registered address, but multiple Other office locations.
  4. To edit an address simply click the Edit link next to the address you wish to modify.
