Portfolio - A single instance of the IAND platform that is used for managing a set of suppliers and their bids and projects i.e. for a company, a business unit, or a major project. You can be assigned to more than one portfolio (i.e. multiple business units or frameworks), and can switch between portfolios from your homepage.


Home - Access to your actions, key information and your Authority Level.


Companies - Map based and list based directories of all your suppliers. You can access individual company profiles from these pages.


Opportunities - The index page provides the ability to create and access all the opportunities you are managing with suppliers including bids, frameworks and mini tenders.


Projects - The Project Index provides access to all the individual project contracts with suppliers in a searchable directory. On the individual Project Page you can see the full spend history, and have the option to collaborate with the supplier to capture feedback, manage the contract, deliverables and capture innovation.


Programmes - The Programmes page provides reporting on sets of projects, linked to your finance reporting cost codes. Each individual Programme page gives reporting on spend and risks, with functionality to capture notes & risk scores.


Insights - The set of insight pages provide top level performance KPIs across your Portfolio, including spend, performance and impact metrics such as spend on SMEs and innovation.


Account - The account page provides access to your personal and company details, including the ability to invite new users.



Permissions

Authority Level - platform user permissions, defining access, actions and notifications.

Role - the permissions on an individual project or opportunity.

A
Approve - a formal action to review, approve and notify users on a decision.
Authority Level - platform user permissions.

B

Budget - a field that you can edit (private to clients), to set budgets at Programme and Project level.

C

Companies House information - this section is populated when clients provide IAND with the Companies House registration number against a supplier. This information is updated on a supplier level daily.
Company - a page for each individual supplier organisation you are working with.
Company Category - an attribute that lets client organisations assign additional information to a supplier. Categories instantly indicate if the supplier is authorised for further work, or if they are not deemed suitable for new contracts.
Compliance - a module on the Company Page to manage compliance and ongoing assurance for information such as Insurance documents and policy statements.
Compliance status - the approval status of an individual compliance document.

Contract - A formal task order or contract document on individual Project Pages.

Decision - for the client to decide whether a supplier has been selected (won) or not (lost) for an opportunity.

Direct message - one to one conversations that are private between a client and a supplier on an opportunity.

Feedback - the integrated 360ยบ performance feedback, on Project Pages.

I

Innovation - a module on the Project Page to capture the added value that is predicted, and delivered on an individual contract. This is then reported for individual Companies and in an Insights report.
Insights - the set of insight pages provide top level performance KPIs across your Portfolio, including spend, performance and impact metrics such as spend on SMEs and innovation.
Invite - where a client can invite a supplier to join the platform to collaborate with, or where a client can invite a supplier to an opportunity.
Invited - a supplier has been asked to join the platform and collaborate with their client.

Library - a module on the Project Page to share and manage documents.
Live - the status of an active supplier on the platform or an opportunity or project that is visible to a supplier/s.

Not selected - the status of a supplier that has not been selected for an opportunity.

O
Opportunity - a place where clients can manage bids/challenges/frameworks and invite suppliers to bid.

P
Pending - the status when a client/supplier is waiting for a decision to be made, e.g. waiting for a compliance document to be approved.
Performance - the reporting on the 360 degree performance feedback captured on individual projects at Company, Programme and Portfolio level.
Platform status - a supplier's collaboration status on the platform.
Portfolio - a single instance of the IAND platform - this can be used by one organisation or by a joint venture.

Programme - a set of grouped projects. This allows a user to see statistics on grouped projects and set a status and risks.

Project - a project you're working on with your client/supplier. It is designed to give you visibility of spend, track recent performance and more.

Proposal - information or documentation submitted by a supplier on an opportunity.

R

Reject - a formal action to review, reject and notify users on a decision.

Review - see Approved and Rejected.

Role - the permissions on an individual project or opportunity.

S
Selected - where a supplier has been selected for an opportunity.

Sector - the sector in which a supplier works, e.g. Healthcare. Clients can tailor a standard list for each Portfolio to match sourcing requirements.

Service - the services that suppliers can provide, e.g. Structural Engineering. Clients can tailor a standard list for each Portfolio to match sourcing requirements.

SIC Code - standard industrial classification of economic activities (SIC) that companies register on Companies House.

Status - the Companies House Risk status.

Supplier - a Company that you are working with. See Company for details.

T

Team - The individual users that you assign to a Project or an Opportunity.

U

Update - further information or documentation uploaded to an opportunity by a client, to notify all suppliers invited to that opportunity.

User - an individual with an account on IAND.
