You can control who can see and take action on your Projects through IAND's privacy features. These help you control visibility of information that is sensitive from a commercial or security perspective.
Privacy features are available at the Portfolio level and within individual Projects.
Controlling visibility and access to all Projects
You can set your portfolio so all Projects are 'private' by default. This means that only Level A users and Project team members have access to the full details on the Project:
- Level A users have access to the full Projects Index and details pages on all Projects.
- Level B users have access to the full Projects Index and the details pages on Projects where they are on the team
- Level C+D users only have access to "My Projects" on the Projects Index i.e. the Projects where they are part of the team.
Ask your Super User to understand more about the setup of your portfolio.
Note: Private Projects have a padlock icon next to them to show they are private.

Controlling visibility and access to a Project
Individual Projects can be made private once imported to IAND via your Finance export.
Note: The IAND import process automatically adds project managers named in your finance system to projects within IAND, if the project manager is active in IAND (and signed up with the same email address). If you cannot see Projects that you are working on, ask your project colleagues or your Super User to be added to the team.
