Responsive reporting gives you the insights on your suppliers strengths, weaknesses and issues to tackle.
The Insights Reporting suite is a standard part of your client portfolio and is accessible to all level A&B users. In this guide, we walk you through how to access the Insight Performance report and interrogate your performance data.

Tracking supply chain performance is critical at times of change, giving early warning on risks and projects that are behind and giving your teams time to course-correct.
About IAND’s project feedback
The integrated feedback module enables you to configure & update questions, track performance at a project level on a one off, monthly or quarterly basis and see reporting across projects, companies and your portfolio. All reports are 360° to drive collaboration and to build high performing supplier relationships.
Responsive Performance Insights report
The responsive Performance report allows you to view overall performance over time, or against specific questions (questions you can customise on your portfolio) e.g. risk management or innovation. Choosing a specific supplier enables you to view their and your performance against the average on the portfolio as well as their and your performance against specific questions.
Chart 1: Track performance over time
Default view: this shows an average across all your performance questions, for all your suppliers that had performance captured in period.
Filter / select question. Select an individual question from your drop down list to see how your suppliers (and your team) have been rated.
Filter / select supplier. Select an individual supplier from the drop down list on the left hand side to add this supplier to your chart.
Filter / select question + select supplier. Where both filters have been applied, the line charts will only show performance for the selected question - both for the average of all suppliers and for your selected supplier.
Change the view. You can click on and off lines or areas (for example, remove the area of your average performance) by clicking on the legend
Report 2: track performance by question
Switch between table view & chart view. You can toggle between table and graph view while retaining all selected filters.
Default view: this shows an average of all time periods for each current question. Note: this report only shows questions that are currently active in your reviews.
Filter / select quarter. Select an individual period from your drop down list to see how your suppliers (and your team) have been rated for this selected time period. Note: this will highlight if no data is available.
Filter / select supplier. Select an individual supplier from the drop down list on the left hand side to add this supplier to your charts / tables.
Filter / select quarter + select supplier. Where both filters have been applied, the charts will only show performance for the selected time period - both for the average of all suppliers and for your selected supplier.
TIP! Use this performance report in QBRs/Account Meetings with your suppliers to celebrate success and agree action plans to address challenges.
Other reports available
Insights | Snapshot. The Snapshot Report provides a quick overview of your portfolio, giving you a 360⁰ view of your suppliers from your onboarding status through to risk & performance. This report is available to all Level A & B users and is accessible from your navigation bar.
Downloadable Reports. Access your Monthly Account Statement for your portfolio, including company activation, risks and user management in a PDF format. Download .csv files to perform further off-platform analysis on supplier spend, Performance Feedback, spend by postcode and more.
Custom Reports. Custom Reports gives access to additional custom reporting required by your company. You can also upload and keep a record of specifications unique to your portfolio here.
