Your Actions index gives visibility of actions across your Opportunities and Projects, helping you prioritise your work and control which actions you are notified about.
Actions are tasks that you carry out on IAND as part of your work with a client or supplier. This can include submitting or reviewing Compliance documents, or providing feedback on a Project.
You receive email notifications letting you know when you have new actions (e.g. a document has been requested) or there is a new update (e.g. a document has been approved). On Monday mornings you also receive a reminder of your open actions.

Where can I see my actions?
You can access 'My actions' directly from the Homepage or from the 'My account' menu. Clicking on each action takes you to the specific page to complete your action.
Client 'My actions' page
On this page you can:
- See all of your outstanding, overdue and completed actions.
Note: If you are on multiple Portfolios, you will only see the actions for the Portfolio you are currently on. - Click on 'Actions due' to show only outstanding actions or 'All actions' to show every action.
- Use filters to search for different types of actions.
Note: 'Give performance feedback' actions are closed at the end of the 2-week window to enable all colleagues to respond. - Sort your actions by due date.
- Click any action to be taken directly to the place where you can complete it.
- Choose which actions to include in your weekly reminder email.
- Quickly access the 'Communications hub' from the link in the banner.

Supplier 'My actions' filters
Where can I see my Company's actions?
If you are a supplier on IAND, you also have access to a page that shows all actions for your company.
This page gives you a full overview of all actions for your company, including actions assigned to your colleagues and previously completed actions. You can use this page to view and manage your company's actions in the same way you do on your own "My actions" page.
TIP! On your company actions page, you can see the owner of each action and filter the actions by colleague.
How do I manage notifications for my actions?
You can control which actions you are reminded about on a Monday morning. In the 'Weekly reminder' column, click mute next to any action you no longer want to be reminded about. This doesn't complete the action, but will stop ongoing email reminders for the action.
Note: Muting an action on your "My actions" page is permanent so the notification cannot be switched back on.
