We are making a series of improvements to our Opportunities feature to make it simpler for users to manage an Opportunity and invite suppliers.
Phase 1 launched March 2025
The new features now live include a major design upgrade on the Opportunities page including:
- Simplified design including an improved private management area, to see the Opportunity status and manage settings and your team.
- The Updates section has been moved to the 'Information for suppliers area', to make it simpler to see and manage the information being issued.
- Improved supplier table, with new filters and reporting including proposal value.
- New 'Add supplier' feature, with the ability to filter and search suppliers and simplify the invitation process.
Phase 2 launching Spring 2025
The new features in development include:
- Improved approval workflow, from reviewing bids to selecting suppliers
- Set of improvements to bulk add / invite suppliers and streamline moving from PQQ to ITT
- New messages index to see all communications on an Opportunity
- New proposals index to see all proposals on an Opportunity
