Applying a Company Category to a Supplier
The default category for each of your suppliers is ‘Standard'. To change this, go directly to your supplier’s Company Profile, click on the dropdown under 'Account management' and make your selection from the dropdown. You can view the Company Category from the list view on your Companies Index as well as directly from an individual Company Profile.
Categories can be updated on each supplier's Company Profile page at any time by Level A & B users, making it easy to keep your supply chain up-to-date on the suitability for future work.
Browsing your suppliers
You can see the category of each of your suppliers from the list view of your Companies Index. You can also filter by Company Category from here, to narrow down searches when browsing your supply chain.
