Insights Snapshot Report helps you to track how your supplier ecosystem is meeting your business goals - from Net Zero & SME targets to performance and risk.
The Insights Reporting suite is a standard part of your client portfolio and is accessible to all Level A & B users. In this guide, we walk you through how to access the Insight Snapshot Report and make the most of the data.
Introduction
The Snapshot Report provides a quick overview of your portfolio, giving you a 360° view of your suppliers from your onboarding status through to risk & performance. This report is available to all Level A & B users and is accessible from your navigation bar.
You can access this report at any time (it also works on your mobile), to help you answer quick questions on the status of your supply chain & support your business reporting. Including:
How is your ecosystem performing? A quick summary of your spend, supplier onboarding status and latest performance scores.
How are we meeting our innovation, carbon & social value goals? See your SME, VCSE & suppliers’ gender diversity. Inform your Scope 3 reporting - summary of Scope 1 & 2 emissions. Identify your capacity to leverage R&D to deliver on innovation goals - helping start-ups and your business deliver on growth targets.
How much of your spend is under active supplier relationship management? See the number of colleagues managing Projects with suppliers, the number of Projects and average contract size. Also view specific status on spend in the last 12 months.
What governance is in place? Stats on your internal users, configuration & settings as well as the latest data on companies at risk.

Insights | Performance. The responsive Performance Report gives you the insights on your suppliers strengths, weaknesses and issues to tackle.
Downloadable Reports. Access your Monthly Account Statement for your portfolio, including company activation, risks and user management in a PDF format. Download .csv files to perform further off-platform analysis on supplier spend, Performance Feedback, spend by postcode and more.
Custom Reports. Custom Reports gives access to additional custom reporting required by your company. You can also upload and keep a record of specifications unique to your portfolio here.
