In this guide we will show you how to request feedback for a Project using our integrated 360° performance review system (ISO 44001 compliant).
Super users (Level A) can tailor the question set per Portfolio, making it easier to respond to changing regulations and client targets, and track the metrics that matter.
Feedback is captured and managed on a project-by-project basis and is 360°, so can only be requested on 'Active' projects where both the Supplier and a Project Manager are live on the IAND portfolio. Level A-D users are able to provide feedback on projects.
Requested either monthly or quarterly, the feedback window is 2 weeks long and your suppliers and colleagues will be reminded of open rounds in weekly action reminders and on the day the round closes.
TIP! Feedback isn't shared with others until the feedback round closes. This means that users can draft feedback and then review and update it before the deadline, giving time to consult with colleagues where needed, or consider how to deliver difficult feedback.

How to request Project feedback (Level A-D users)
-
To start, locate the Project you wish to request feedback on. You can find all Projects in your Project Index. Click on a Project to see further details (e.g. contracts, financials, performance).
Note: Feedback is requested from all live members of the Project Team, whose names can be found on the Project page. Make sure to check who is part of your Project Team, in case you wish to add a live colleague to the Project or invite a new colleague to the platform. -
Locate the Performance module and click ‘Setup project feedback’.
-
Set frequency of reviews. Choose to collect feedback on a monthly or quarterly basis.
-
Set a start date for the period. Feedback will open immediately if the chosen month or quarter is complete, but will trigger at the start of the next month if you are setting up performance mid-month or quarter.
-
Completed. Once feedback is setup, emails will be sent to live members of your Project Team and your supplier, requesting that they provide feedback on the Project. Your supplier and your Project Team will have two weeks to provide feedback.
As soon as reviews have been collected, an email to each live member of the Project and Supplier Teams will be sent, with a link to access and read the reviews.
TIP! If you want to learn more about what makes great Performance Feedback, see this IAND Academy guide.
TIP! If you want to collect one-off feedback, you can 'Pause' the feedback round once the round is live. This will not impact the open round.
Managing feedback rounds
You can use the Project Index to view which contracts require feedback and the deadline dates.
- Click Projects > Project Index.
- Filter by 'Open feedback' and then by status (No reviews / feedback received) to see where feedback hasn't yet been completed.
- You can also filter the Project Index 'By staff member' to see the status for your colleague's feedback round.
How to pause and restart Project feedback
Once you have requested your Project feedback, there may come a point where you wish to pause your monthly/quarterly feedback requests. You can pause the recurring feedback by following these steps:
- Locate the Project you wish to request feedback on. You can find all Projects in your Project Index.
- Locate the Performance module and click on 'Pause Feedback'.
At this point no further feedback requests will go out to the members of the Project Team.
Note: If you have a feedback round open when you pause the recurring feedback, the current round will remain open for completion until the closing deadline.
Once you have paused the feedback requests, you will have an option in the Performance module to 'Restart feedback'. This option will allow you to once again set the frequency of reviews, monthly or quarterly, and set a start date for the period.
Note: Similarly to when pausing feedback, if you have a feedback round open when you restart the recurring feedback, the current round will remain open for completion until the closing deadline.
TIP! For more information on tracking supplier performance, see the "Tracking performance" section of this IAND Academy guide.
