Client guide (For Level A and B users)
In this guide we will show you how to request feedback for a project using our integrated 360° performance review system (ISO 44001 compliant).
Level A - Super users can tailor their question set per portfolio, making it easier to respond to changing regulations and client targets, and track the metrics that matter to you. Feedback is captured and managed on a project by project basis.
How to request project feedback
To start, locate the project you wish to request feedback on. You can find all projects in your Project Index.
Note: Feedback is requested from all members of the project team, whose names can be found on the project page. Make sure to check who is part of your project team, in case you wish to add a live colleague to the project or invite a new colleague to the platform.
Locate the Performance module and click ‘Setup project feedback’.
Set frequency of reviews. Setup is easy and straight-forward. Choose to collect feedback on a monthly or quarterly basis by selecting the frequency, and set a start date for the period.
Done! Once feedback is setup, emails will be sent to your project team and your supplier, requesting that they provide feedback on the project. Your supplier and your project team will have one week to provide feedback.
As soon as reviews have been collected, an email to each member of the project team will be sent, with a link to access and read the reviews.
TIP! Make sure to share positive feedback. This is a great opportunity to strengthen the relationship. If your feedback is negative, be constructive and consider contacting your partner before submitting.
How to pause and restart project feedback
Once you have requested your project feedback, there might come a point where you wish to pause your monthly/quarterly feedback requests. You can pause the recurring feedback by following these steps:
- To start, locate the project you wish to request feedback on. You can find all projects in your Project Index.
- Locate the Performance module and click on 'Pause Feedback'.
At this point no further feedback requests will go out to the members of the project team.
Note: If you have a feedback round open when you pause the recurring feedback, the current round will remain open for completion until the closing deadline.
Once you have paused the feedback requests, you will have an option in the Performance module to 'Restart feedback'. This option will allow you to once again set the frequency of reviews, monthly or quarterly, and set a start date for the period.
Note: Similarly to when pausing feedback, if you have a feedback round open when you restart the recurring feedback, the current round will remain open for completion until the closing deadline.
Once feedback is collected, the Performance score (standard metric that is consistent between each portfolio) will be published on the project page for the team to read, discuss and act upon. In addition, client users can view performance scores across Insights, Company Index and Project Index.
