The Project Index gives you visibility of the start date, budget, spend and performance across all Projects.
Found in the main navigation bar, the Projects Index holds Project information from your finance / ERP system, with each Project representing a contract that your organisation has with a supplier. You can click on a Project to navigate to the Project page and see further details.
The Project Index allows for sorting by Project start date, budget, spend and performance, allowing you to quickly see concurrent Projects and a chronological view of Projects, as well as to rank Projects by the highest/lowest spend, budget or performance.
Projects can also be filtered by whether they are Active/Inactive, for supplier and Project Manager status, recent spend, supplier location, performance feedback status and access level.
Note: An Active Project is where both the supplier and Project Manager are live on IAND, an Inactive Project is when either the supplier, the Project Manager or both are not live.
Searching for Projects
The search bar lets you search across all Projects by Project name or supplier name. This is a fast and effective way to explore all suppliers on a Project or all Projects with a certain supplier.
Reviewing yours or a colleague's Projects
Level A & B users can toggle between either 'All' or 'My Projects', so you can review Projects across your organisation or those that you are on the Project Team for. You can also choose a colleague from the 'Active users' dropdown box to view the Projects they are working on.
Level C & D users will see a Project Index that has been filtered to only show Projects where they are on the Project Team.
We regularly import client data, to ensure that spend matches your payment system. Projects are added by your finance department providing an import file to IAND. If you cannot see your Project in your Project Index, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
