Learn how to customise the feedback questions that your colleagues and suppliers will respond to on all projects and contracts.
How to create custom feedback questions:

Go to Management and click Customise performance. From here you can view all your current feedback questions.

To add a new question, click the Create a feedback question button. You can only add up to 9 questions.

Select a Category for that question (this is how you reference questions).

Question: issued to your colleagues is the question your colleagues will see when providing feedback.

Question: issued to your suppliers is the question your suppliers will see when providing feedback.
- Select what type of feedback you require. Add rating provides a 1-5 scoring system and Add text response allows comments to be added. You can select both options for one question.
- Once you are happy with each field click the Add feedback question button.
How to manage your existing feedback questions

Go to Management and click Customise performance.

Here you can add, re-order or delete feedback questions.

To re-order feedback questions drag and drop each row on the index view to your desired order. Once you are happy with the order click the Update positions button at the bottom of the page to save your changes. This is the order the questions will appear on the feedback form for both client and supplier.

To delete a question, click the question you wish to delete and click the Delete button from the details page. This will permanently delete the question for all future feedback rounds.
