In this short guide we show you how you can provide feedback on Projects and monitor your performance across your account.
Performance feedback is our integrated 360° performance review system, designed to drive collaboration, track performance and uncover success stories. Your client can tailor their question set, making it easier to respond to changing regulations and priorities and track the metrics that matter.

Giving feedback on Projects
Requested either monthly or quarterly by your client, both clients and suppliers involved in a Project can provide feedback. The feedback window is 2 weeks long and you will be reminded of open rounds in weekly action reminders and on the day the round closes.
TIP! Ensure you invite all team members who should be giving feedback to the IAND platform, so they are included in the feedback rounds once triggered by the client. For more on how to invite a colleague to IAND, see this IAND Academy guide.
TIP! Your feedback won't be shared with others until the feedback round closes. This means that you can draft your feedback and then review and update it before the deadline, giving you time to consult with colleagues where needed or consider how to deliver difficult feedback.
Once feedback is due for your Project you will receive an automated email from IAND. Click on the "Give feedback" button in the email to open the performance feedback form on the platform.

Draft: Draft your feedback responses and click "Submit feedback" to save your changes. Feedback is accessible to both your team and your client, so we recommend providing constructive and useful feedback.
- Review and update: You can review and edit your responses until the 2 week feedback window closes. This enables you to get input and sign off from your colleagues. Access the open feedback round by finding the Project in your Projects Index or viewing "All actions" in your My Actions index. Click on the deadline to reopen the form.
Note: When updating, remember to click "Update feedback" to save your changes. - Results: When the Performance feedback round closes, your responses will be automatically submitted and can no longer be edited. You and your clients on the Project Team will be notified via email that the results are in. You will both have access to the scores and comments on the on the 'Manage performance' page (accessible from the navigation bar under 'Company profile') and on relevant Project page.
Performance reporting
You can review all of your Performance feedback across your Projects with your client on your "Manage performance" page. Navigate to this page by hovering over "Company profile" in the top navigation bar and clicking "Manage performance".

Summary information: See a summary of you and your client's average Project performance over time and your total Project spend.
TIP! Use the "Select question" drop down under "Performance over time" to update the chart to show performance trends over time for specific questions (e.g. quality, cost or safety).
- Performance history: Search all of your past performance feedback on Projects and use the "State" filter to explore either completed or currently open performance feedback rounds.
TIP! You can also sort your results by date period, your company's scores or your client's scores.
