Provide your client with up to date compliance information and documents.
Responding to client requests
A client may request compliance documents from you at anytime. You will be notified via email of their request.
If you receive a compliance request, click on the button in the email to respond. Alternatively, you can find the request in your actions on the platform homepage, or directly from the Compliance & Contracts section on your Company Profile.
Read your client's instructions and respond. You can submit information and documents or mark the request as 'Not applicable'. Note: You only need to add a file if the client has asked for evidence. (See example images 2&3 below).
Once submitted, IAND will automatically notify your client of your response. Each document will show as 'Pending approval' until your client completes their review. You will be notified via email when the status of a submission changes, e.g. to Approved or Rejected.
Note: Please make sure to enter an expiry date when uploading compliance information. This will allow the IAND platform to track expiry and set up automatic reminders.
Uploading a compliance document proactively
You may want to make your client aware of a new accreditation you have received or a policy that demonstrates your company values.
In the top header, go to your Company profile.
Scroll down to the Compliance & Contracts section, expand the Documents module and click Upload document. Submit each compliance submission as separate uploads, so your client can review on an item level.
Once submitted, IAND will automatically notify your client of your uploads. You will be notified via email when the status of the submission changes, e.g. to Approved or Rejected.
