IAND enables you to split a single source of supplier information into multiple supplier company pages
You may wish to split profiles where:
- Your supplier has de-merged part of its operations
- You/your users have incorrectly merged a supplier
- You want to manage a supplier at the subsidiary level
Level A users have the permission to split a supplier:
- Navigate to a suppliers Company page
- On the Company page navigate to Governance / Systems
- Click '...' on the source you would like to split
- Click 'Split'
- Check Split history to view all Splits that have taken place on the portfolio
Note: Split suppliers must have an internal reference number from your systems.
