With IAND's Location feature, it's easy for clients to find local suppliers by simply browsing a map. To ensure your company can be found, it's important to make sure your office locations are up to date.
How to manage your addresses

Hover over Company profile in the navigation bar, and click Manage addresses from the dropdown.

Here you can add, edit or delete office locations.

To add a new address, click the + Add address button. You can only add one Head office, but multiple Other office locations. Your Registered address is sourced from an integration with Companies House. You can add or edit the Companies House number linked to your profile to update your registered address.

To edit an address click the Edit link next to the address you wish to modify.

To delete an address click the Delete link. This will permanently delete the address.
How to add a new address
Click the + Add address button, and follow the steps below to complete the form:
- Provide an Address name. This is how the office should be referred to on your profile, e.g. Manchester office.

Enter your Postcode* and click Auto-fill. Make sure this is a valid Postcode as we use this to locate your company when your clients view their map. You may also enter your address manually using the link below the Postcode box.
- The remaining fields to complete or review are:

Address line 1 - the street number and street name.

Address line 2, 3 & 4 - these are optional fields and can include the building, suite names or local area.

District - The current district/unitary authority to which the postcode has been assigned.

County - The current county to which the postcode has been assigned.

Country - The country (i.e. one of the four constituent countries of the United Kingdom or the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man) to which each postcode is assigned.

Postcode: All current (‘live’) postcodes within the United Kingdom, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man, received monthly from Royal Mail. 2, 3 or 4-character outward code, single space and 3-character inward code.

County - The current county to which the postcode has been assigned.
Country - The country (i.e. one of the four constituent countries of the United Kingdom or the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man) to which each postcode is assigned.
