See and manage all Projects with your client. Track spend and performance on historical and live contracts and manage any risks.

Visibility of all Projects
Your Project Index allows you to view and manage all of your Projects (historic and live) with information such as committed spend, actual spend and also performance, giving you an overview of Project status and helping you to manage risk.
You can search and filter this list to help you manage your Projects. Navigate to your Project Index by hovering over 'Projects' in the top navigation bar and clicking 'Index'.
Note: Projects are added to IAND by your client via a data import. If you can't see a Project that you are working on with your client in your Project Index, please get in touch with your client directly to discuss.
- Search bar: Search for a Project using the Project's title.

Filters: Use 'Project status' to filter by Live projects. Check which Projects have a client team using the 'Project status' filter and choosing 'Active project'. Use the 'Spend in period' filter to see which of your Projects has recent spend. Use the 'Open feedback' filter to see which of your Projects require feedback.
TIP! For more on providing performance feedback, see this IAND Academy guide. - Sorting: Click on your Project Index table headers to sort your Projects by Project title, committed spend, spend or performance feedback score.
Managing a Project
Your Project page gives a detailed breakdown of a Project including all of the total committed spend, invoices, past performance feedback, contracts and deliverables.
- Project title and description: This is name of the project in your client's systems. Your client is able to add a project description.
- Project status: Whether your project is Live (work is continuing) or Closed (work has completed, no further performance feedback work is required).
- Project team: See which clients are working on this Project including their contact email address. You can add members of your team to enable collaboration.

Access level: See whether a Project's Access level is "Open" or "Private".
TIP! If your Project has been marked "Private" by your client for commercial or security reasons, you should be cautious about discussing it with clients who aren't members of the specific Project team. - Commercial / Project Contracts: Upload contract proposals for your client to review and view all current and past contracts linked to your Project.
- Commercial / Purchase Orders: See a summary of total committed and number of POs. Click into module to see further information. This is populated via an import from your client's ERP system.
- Commercial / Spend: See a summary of total spend and % of spend vs. PO amount. Click into module to see further information. This is populated via an import from your client's ERP system.
- Delivery / Performance: See summary of latest scores. Click to access detailed performance feedback that has been completed on your Project.
- Delivery / Project Deliverables: Upload Project deliverables for your client to review and view all uploaded documents linked to your Project.
- Project Library: Share a link with your client Project team.
Managing Project performance feedback
You can review all of your performance feedback across your Projects with your client on your "Manage performance" page. Navigate to this page by hovering over "Company profile" in the top navigation bar and clicking "Manage performance".

Summary information: See a summary of you and your client's average Project performance over time and your total Project spend.
TIP! Use the "Select question" drop down under "Performance over time" to update the chart to show performance trends over time for specific questions (e.g. quality, cost or safety). -
Performance history: Search all of your past performance feedback on Projects and use the "State" filter to explore either completed or currently open performance feedback rounds. For more on how to provide Project performance feedback in an open round, see this IAND Academy guide.
TIP! You can also sort your results by date period, your company's scores or your client's scores.
