- Set up a new KPI on a supplier's Company Profile.
- Add information such as KPI title and description, documents and links you want to share with your team - and supplier if you want to collaborate on the KPI.
- Update settings - such as privacy, and adding team members.
- Go live with your New KPI - and invite the supplier to collaborate.
Note: Your KPI categories can be configured. Speak to your Super user to add any categories.
TIP! You can add your contacts to the Supplier account to collaborate with them on the KPI. See this IAND Academy guide for more.
TIP! The deadline should be set for the end of the contract or for the period that you intended to stop monitoring the KPI.

- Upload KPI documentation to share with your team and suppliers (where you have shared the KPI).
- Update the KPI status and view how this has changed over time.
- Update settings - such as privacy, and adding team members.
- Close the KPI - once it has been achieved / the contract has ended.
Note: Suppliers as well as clients can add documents, but only client users can update the status of the KPI.
TIP! Use the intelligence and context of your organisation's full relationship with your supplier from the Company Profile to inform your Updates - including where you have collaborated on Opportunities and Projects and their project performance scores.
