Every user on the IAND platform is assigned an Authority Level which defines their platform permissions. Level A users have “Super user” privileges, where you can invite users and assign and change Authority Levels.
Authority Levels
Level A - Super user
Administrator level with full access to all features. Level A users can view, create, and edit all programmes, opportunities and projects, invite or offboard suppliers and manage users.
Level B - General user
For project managers and directors - users have access to reporting and collaboration features, including inviting new suppliers. Users can see all Opportunities and Projects but only view details and manage opportunities and project contracts when they are Open or where they are part of the team on a private Opportunity/Project.
Level C - Restricted access
For project teams - users can view the Company Index/Map and invite suppliers, but can only view and edit projects and opportunities where they are part of the team. There is no visibility of the detail within the Opportunities and Projects module on supplier profiles (unless user is on the project team), Insights, the Compliance Index and programme reporting.
Level D - Restricted use
For project teams - users can only view and edit projects and opportunities they are assigned to, with read only access to the full supplier list on the Company Index/Map. There is no visibility of the Opportunities and Projects module on supplier profiles, Insights, the Compliance Index and programme reporting.
Level E - Directory
For bid teams - users have read only access to the Company Index and company profile pages (excluding Opportunities and Projects), giving the ability to source suppliers.
