What is IAND?
IAND is a modular Analytics & Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) platform that helps organisations access reporting and manage suppliers across a project portfolio.

How IAND works | Portfolios & modules
What is a Portfolio on IAND?
Each Portfolio on IAND provides a private environment to manage a framework, or suppliers for a set of projects.
You can work across multiple Portfolios and access them all from the same login, making it easier to manage all of your client accounts in one place. See this IAND Academy guide for more information on managing multiple Portfolios.
What is a module?
Instantly configurable, each Portfolio selects the set of modules needed - from Opportunities for tendering to Procurement planning & Capacity management. IAND automates workflows & provides full document storage (up to 5GB per document) with a full audit trail. Reducing risk & driving efficiency.
What you can see and do on IAND will depend on the modules enabled on your Portfolio. IAND Academy has dedicated sections to support you with the Forecast, Performance, Communication, Analytics, Opportunities and Quality modules.

FAQ
How do I access IAND?
Your IAND administrator manages invitations and controls what you can see and do on your company's Portfolio. Reach out to them to get started; sign-up takes less than 5 mins. You can access app.iand.com on desktop, mobile and tablet.
How do I work with multiple clients on IAND?
From a single login, you can switch between different Portfolios, making it easier to manage all your client accounts in one place. See this IAND Academy guide for more information on managing multiple Portfolios, including how to switch between your Portfolios.
Why can't I see all of the modules?
What you can see and do on IAND depends on your permission level and the modules enabled on your organisation's portfolio.
IAND has 5 permission levels from Level A (super user) down to Level E (read only limited access). See this IAND Academy guide to find out about your level and what features you have access to. To update your permission level, reach out to your IAND administrator.
How do I know what I need to do on IAND?
You will receive email notifications for any new actions (e.g. reviewing compliance information, responding to messages, completing project performance feedback). How do I add my suppliers?

How can I change the email address linked to my account?

How can I reset a forgotten password?
Click 'Forgot password' on the sign-in page of app.iand.com.
How can I manage my MFA settings?
All users (both supplier and client users) have MFA (multi-factor authentication) in place. You have the option for this to be via email (default) or via an app. See this IAND Academy guide for more information on using MFA on IAND.
Who do I contact for support?
Contact your colleague listed under 'Get in touch' on your Homepage for questions on how your organisation is using IAND and your organisation's requirements and expectations on suppliers.
