How to reset your password on IAND

From the IAND sign-in page click 'Forgot password?'. Alternatively, you can click here.

Enter the email address you use to log into IAND.
TIP! If you can't remember the email address linked to your user account, try searching "IAND" in your email inboxes to find one of our platform emails. -
Click the 'Send request' button.

You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
TIP! To help keep your account secure, please use a strong password and do not re-use passwords. It is recommended that passwords are 12 or more characters in length using uppercase and lowercase letters. It should also include both numbers and special characters (e.g. @!,.:;"?>). Password managers can be used to suggest random secure passwords.
