Request feedback at key stages or milestones of your Project or for specific products/services.
Our 360° performance advanced module is designed to drive collaboration, track performance and uncover success stories. Feedback is captured and managed on a project-by-project basis. Super users on your account have set up questions and specific questionnaires (feedback templates) so feedback can be requested and reported in a standard and consistent way at key stages of Projects or for a product/service.
As feedback is 360°, it can only be requested on Live projects with an 'Active' team (i.e. where both the Supplier and a project manager are live on IAND). Level A-D users can provide feedback on Projects.
Requested either monthly or quarterly, the feedback window is 2 weeks long and your Suppliers and colleagues will be reminded of open rounds in weekly action reminders and on the day the round closes.

Step 1: Set up feedback on a Project
To set up performance feedback on a Project, go to the Project page, expand the 'Performance' module and click 'Setup project feedback'.
Step 1: Select question set
Select from a list of feedback templates set up by your Level A users. Selecting a feedback template will show you a full preview of:
- The questions your team will be asked in the feedback round
- The questions your Supplier will be asked in the feedback round
- The order in which the questions will appear
Step 2: Set feedback schedule
Choose to collect performance feedback on either a monthly or quarterly basis and select the 'Period from' for the first feedback round.
Clicking "Create feedback schedule" will complete the setup, triggering a feedback round immediately if the 'Period from' is in the past, or scheduling a future feedback round if the 'Period from' is upcoming.
Your feedback schedule will continue to request feedback monthly/quarterly until you click 'Cancel'.
Note: 'Period to' will be the end of the last complete calendar month. For example if you set up monthly feedback on 1st November and choose August as the 'Period from' you will be requesting feedback from 1st August to 31st October. If you want to capture feedback for Q1 (January-March) you should set up feedback on or before April 30th to avoid capturing feedback for April.
TIP! Each feedback round is 2 weeks long. Colleagues and Suppliers included will receive email notifications letting them know that there is a new feedback round available and reminding them to complete this before the round closes.
Step 2: Give feedback on a Project
As a Project Team member, once feedback is due for your Project you and your Supplier will receive an automated email from IAND. Click on the "Give feedback" button in the email to open the performance feedback form on the platform.
TIP! If you want to learn more about what makes great Performance feedback, see this IAND Academy guide.
TIP! Your feedback won't be shared with others until the feedback round closes. This means that you can draft your feedback and then review and update it before the deadline, giving you time to consult with colleagues where needed or consider how to deliver difficult feedback.
Draft: Draft your feedback responses and click "Submit feedback" to save your changes. Feedback is accessible to both your team and your supplier, so we recommend providing constructive and useful feedback.
- Review and update: You can review and edit your responses until the 2 week feedback window closes. This enables you to get input and sign off from your colleagues. Access the open feedback round by finding the Project in your Projects Index or viewing your 'Give project feedback' actions on the My Actions index. Click on the deadline to reopen the form.
Note: When updating, remember to click "Update feedback" to save your changes. - Results: When the Performance feedback round closes, your responses will be automatically submitted and can no longer be edited. Everyone on the Project Team and the Supplier team will be notified via email that the results are in. Both clients and Suppliers will have access to the scores and comments on the relevant Project page and from 'Manage performance' in the Projects module on a Company Profile.
Step 3: Manage performance for your Projects or all Projects
You can use 'My projects' or 'My Actions', filtered by 'Give project feedback' to see and manage your set of Projects that require feedback.
You can also filter the Projects Index 'By staff member' and by 'Open feedback' to prompt your colleagues to complete their feedback.
Step 4: Track performance for a Supplier
Once feedback is collected, the Performance score and comments will be published on the Project page for the team to read, discuss and act upon. You can see a Supplier's average overall performance score across Projects on the Companies Index and average Project performance score on the Projects Index.
Manage performance page
To see a breakdown of a supplier's overall performance across all Projects (including historic performance data) you can go to their 'Manage performance' page. Navigate to this page by expanding the 'Performance' module on a supplier's Company Profile and clicking 'Performance report'.
This page is shared with the Supplier to ensure there is a single version of the truth and reduce the time required to prepare for account meetings.
Step 5: Track performance at a Portfolio or Project level
You can track performance at the:
Portfolio level on the Performance Insight report. Use this to spot trends over time across all Suppliers and all Project managers.
Project level on the Projects Index and individual Project pages. Use these to identify Projects at risk and access the history of feedback submissions.
Step 6: Cancel future feedback requests for a Supplier or change the Feedback template
To cancel performance feedback from triggering again or to change the feedback template used for a Project, go to the 'Performance' module on the Project page and click 'Cancel / change form'.
Once confirmed, this will pause ongoing performance feedback on the Project, however any currently open feedback rounds will remain open for completion until the closing deadline.
You can restart performance feedback on the Project at any time (using the same, or changing to a different template) by clicking 'Set up project feedback' in the 'Performance' module on the Project page.
TIP! See this IAND Academy guide to see the experience from a Supplier's perspective.
