360° Performance feedback is one of IAND's advanced modules, designed to drive collaboration, track performance and uncover success stories. When adopted, Portfolio Super users can tailor their question set and create specific questionnaires targeting project lifecycle stages or products/services. This makes it easier to respond to changing regulations, client targets and track the metrics that matter to you.
Requested either monthly or quarterly, both clients and suppliers involved in a Project can provide feedback. The feedback window is 2 weeks long and users receive automatic reminders of open rounds in weekly action reminders and on the day the round closes. Any Level A-D user can provide feedback on a Project.

Tracking performance
Once feedback is collected, you can track performance at a:
Portfolio level on the Performance Insight report.
Project level on the Projects index and individual Project pages.
Supplier level from the Performance module of the Company profile. This is shared with the Supplier to ensure there is a single version of the truth and reduce the time required to prepare for account meetings.
